100% mashed, distilled, aged, and bottled in Japan!

The Kanosuke New Born definitely made this distillery the new-kid-on-the-block to look out for, but with their 2021 single malt they hit it out of the park. We got notes of red pepper, passionfruit, peaches, vanilla, and pinewood on the nose. The palate has the same passionfruit notes, raspberry, and maple with nice, long brown sugar finish. If you're a fan of Yamazaki, this one is a must buy!
