From cult shochu-maker Shoro, this undiluted barley shochu is the oldest spirit in the shop – aged 20 years in enamel tanks to refined perfection. We get notes of cooked grains, vanilla, cedar wood, black licorice, red hots candy, and eucalyptus and apples.
