Sake and Shochu Gumi

Made in Japan, these stainless steel knives are extremely sharp for smooth cutting through even the toughest meat fibers. The handle is smooth with a seamless design and, unlike a lot of steak knives, they feel good in the hand. With a semi-serrated blunt edge that makes it look like a butter knife, the knife is deceptively sharp so watch out!!
