Hisui or jade, is a sake that harkens the meditative quality of the gem – gentle, serene, and harmonized. Balancing an earthy fermented aroma, minerality and sweetness, this sake is like a slice of juicy, cold watermelon in peak ripeness. As is the case with many natsuzakes (summer sakes), this junmai ginjo is a low alcohol sake.

Enjoy chilled with lighter summer favorites like corn salad, raw oysters, and white fish carpaccio.
