Join Chris Lane, bartender extraordinaire, great friend, and Skurnik Wines West Spirits Specialist, at the Umami Mart bar for a swanky night of Japanese whisky cocktails! Want a highball? You got it! Or an old-fashioned? He'll make it! Choose from an array of specialty cocktails that Chris is putting together just for this night.
We'll dim the lights at our sumi-ink-stained bar, so get your fancy shoes and flapper dresses out for our first proper cocktail party, ever! We're spotlighting Iwai 45 to make various cocktails during the event. Ticket price includes 1 drink per person.
After 10+ plus behind the stick at bars and restaurants all over the Bay Area, Lane spent five years as bar manager at Oakland's Ramen Shop. So he knows a thing or two about Japanese whisky cocktails.
