Umami Mart Registry

We love this limited summer shochu which is refreshing and light at just 20% ABV. Plus, how cute is this label?! On the nose you'll get purple fruit, powdered sugar, juicy pear, while the palate is earthy and floral. Enjoy all its aromas in a rocks glass with plenty of ice or a pint glass with soda.

Watanabe Shuzo in Miyazaki grows sweet potatoes on their family farm and make shochu using spontaneous fermentation with strains of yeast found in the rafters of their building.
