This limited fall release sake comes in highly allocated from one of our most popular sake breweries. Akabu Kohaku is for lovers of melon, banana, and creme fraiche. As with other sakes from Akabu, this sake is juicy, while having a pronounced savory side that adds it its complexity. With it being a little lower in alcohol at 13%, this is a perfect sake to mellow out, alongside sauteed sand dabs, or simmered root vegetables. Enjoy chilled.
