Made with red rice and fermented using flower yeast, it has bright citrusy acidity and a pleasantly clean, sweet finish. Enjoy the pink hue of this sake well-chilled in a wine glass instead of rosé next time you're in the yard enjoying a Spring afternoon. Try this one out next time you're doing a cheese and salumi course, or need a from-left-field substitute for your favorite spritz!
