St. George Baller Single Malt Whiskey (BTL 750ml)

Made with 100% American barley, Baller is distilled in eau de vie pot stills, then aged 3 years in used Bourbon casks and French oak wine casks, as well as filtered through maple charcoal. St. George then finishes the whiskey in their in-house umeshu casks.

The result is a whiskey that is crisp and dry, with a touch of malt sweetness. The smoky finish lingers and builds with each sip. Excellent in a highball (hence the name) and also in classic cocktails such as the Bobby Burns, Rob Roy, and Boulevardier. 

The label on this bottle features a watercolor by Oakland artist Sylvia Solochek Walters made to emulate Japanese woodcut. It depicts the legend of St. George as a samurai, and features calligraphy by Takase Studios' Eri Takase.
