We are happy to host the release of the anticipated Batch 8 by Oakland's Den Sake Brewery. Founder and brewmaster Yoshihiro Sako says that Batch 8 will be earthier, and not as fruity as past batches, with an SMV of +5 and acidity of 2.0!
Sako will guide us through Batch 8 at the Umami Mart Bar. And he may bring other surprises!
