Bijofu 'Schwa' Ginjo Sparkling Sake (BTL 500ml)

"Schwa!" is the onomatopoeia for fizz in Japanese, and Bijofu's sparkling sake delivers on the bubbs. Delicate sweetness is balanced by fine bubbles rising up through the sake, making for a refreshing and lively low-ABV pour. Light-bodied and clean, with the soft sweetness of rice contrasted by vigorous effervescence, this is an ideal aperitif for hot weather. Pair it with light whitefish or simply enjoy it on its own in a flute.
