This 2024 edition Chichibu featuring Steamboat Willie lifting a glass in celebration of, well..you. Vatted from 15 different ex bourbon casks with an age range of 4 years to 10 years. We get notes of cherries, peaches, brown sugar, almond and dried grass on the nose. the palate chock full of stone fruit, green apple and lovely minerality.

Ichiro Akuto founded Chichibu distillery in 2008 and has become a leader in whisky-making world-wide. Located in the forests of Saitama (Kayoko’s birthplace!), Chichibu makes their whiskies in small batches using locally grown barley and is the only distillery using mizunara washbacks.
