Chiyomusubi Brewery uses an heirloom rice called Goriki from Tottori Prefecture for this junmai ginjo. Goriki means "powerful rice." This sake has aromas of pineapple, rich umami flavor, and ends dry. A great complement to the local favorite Matsuba Crab. Or try it with maguro. We love this one at room temperature or chilled!
