An agricole style rum made from Okinawan sugar cane that is harvested only once a year! Agricole rum or Rhum is a unique style that uses the fresh sugar cane juice rather than the molasses that is commonly used in other styles of rum giving it fresher, grassier flavors. 

With this we get a lot of sugar cane grass and vegetal notes.  The grassy-ness is balanced by notes of mango, toffee, and ripe plantain. The palate has tons of toffee, menthol, plantain, mango skin and peppermint. A fantastic rum for Mojito's, Daiquiris, Caiparinhas, or a Planter's Punch!
