A smash debut from Dassai's U.S. brewery in Hyde Park, New York, this sake uses Yamada Nishiki rice from Japan, and local New York water. The signature Dassai notes of mango, and green apple are accented by a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel that the harder water in New York offers.
