Bright, fresh, and lush, this complex sake sports the richness of a sturdy junmai with layered, grainy goodness coming from the prized Akaiwa Omachi rice used in this brew. The lower polishing ratio brings out more delicate aromas of melon and banana, while the Omachi lends its signature body and herbal complexity. Get heavy cream, vanilla custard, and cookie dough on the palate, all while finishing quite dry. This begs for food! We want this with pizza and wings, or pasta arabbiata.
