But we know there are Juyondai fans out there who will bite on this super premium junmai daiginjo from the highly coveted sake makers at Takagi Shuzo on specs alone. Made with tokujo grade Omachi rice (which makes up only 0.2% of all Omachi grown), this sake boasts a complex bouquet, and a delicate flavor profile for the ultimate connoisseur.
