Sake and Shochu Gumi

It's not everyday you see an umeshu made with a junmai ginjo sake. Aoki Shuzo takes it to the next level by combining their quality junmai ginjo with local Niigata Koshino ume for three months. Enjoy a light texture that still delivers layers of complexity combining earthy ume, nectarine skins, and citrus.
