Taste of Tottori

Yoko went to Tottori Prefecture last month and she brought back lots of goodies to share with everyone! During her time in Tottori, she visited Chiyomusubi Brewery, Touda Shuzo, and Nakagawa Shuzo. In addition to trying sakes using the prefecture's famed Goriki rice, she also tried and brought back a few standout namas.

After Tottori, she visited Umami Mart alum Ian Rittmaster in Osaka, who now works at Kadoya, a sake and shochu shop. We asked him to choose a bottle just for this event, so there will be a bonus bottle aside from the Tottori-centric lineup.

Yoko brought only one bottle from each brewery, so these are super limited! We'll also be bringing in some sakes onto our shelves from these breweries so you can keep the party going.
