Kayanoya Hand Stretched Udon (Pack 200g)
These fine udon noodles are perfect for cold nights in a hot broth or a on a humid summer's day chilled in an ice bath and eaten like soba. These hand-stretched udon noodles are made in the Goto Islands of Nagasaki Prefecture. Enjoy their smooth, silky texture achieved by a generations-old recipe that involves a combination of twisting and stretching and being coated with camelia oil.
Their unique texture makes them highly slurpable. Use them in our recipes including Nikumiso Udon and Nabeyaki Udon.
