Nestled among the mountains of Fukui Prefecture, Kokuryu Sake Brewery champions long-standing traditional brewing methods and emphasizes local, natural beauty with their small-batch brews. Since 1804, Kokuryu has been producing sake using their own estate grown rice (a rarity in modern sake brewing) to offer balanced flavors to their patrons.
