Sake and Shochu Gumi

This umeshu is made from distilling Hitachino Nest White Ale until it reaches 35% ABV before being combined with estate grown ume and aged in stainless steel vats for up to 7 months and diluted to 14.5% ABV. Experience the aroma of hops in addition to the irresistible sweet and sourness of ume.
