This rare and in-demand kimoto from Matsuse Shuzo's Matsunotsukasa brand is back in a big way! Members of Sake Gumi will recognize this from its star-performance in Sakqueso 2019, paired with Fromager D'Affinois. Aged for only a year compared to the former release's four years, this sake is coming out swinging, bright and assertive. Get pleasant vanilla custard and meyer lemon on the nose with soft cookie dough on the palate. This sake doesn't linger too long, finishing dry and leaving the palate ready for more.
