Nabeshima Summer Moon Ginjo Sake (BTL 720ml)

Another phantom ginjo (as opposed to junmai ginjo)! This summer release is juicy and fruity, with the bright acidity of citrus. Enjoy notes of melon, nectarine and kyoho grapes, this light sake is recommended with refreshing summer fare like corn salad, cucumbers and smoked white trout.

Nabeshima has enjoyed cult status thanks to master brewer Naoki Iimori's commitment to make sakes that would be loved by its local people of Kashima City in Saga. Apparently it's not only the local people that ended up loving it!
