Ohyama Tomizu Jikomi Tokubetsu Junmai Sake (BTL 720ml)

A rich and creamy brew with notes of apples, pears, and grapes with a desirable kire (clean finish). Ohyama's tomizu jikomi sake is a revival of a 1830s style brewing method that uses 20% more rice, for more flavor and umami. We had it chilled with spicy buchimgae at our local Korean spot. A satisfying pairing!
