Join us to taste our month's offerings of club sakes with Yoko, Co-Founder and Sake Director of Umami Mart. This event is for Sake Gumi members only! If you aren’t a member yet, join now to attend this special event.
This month Yoko takes us on a road trip through Hokkaido, with its spectacular, rugged terrain. The sakes are dry yet expressive, and extremely food friendly. Two of the selections this month are made with Ginpu rice, local to Hokkaido.
Taste through her Level 1 + 2 selections, all from the island. Sorry, ikura bowl not included (shucks!).
