We found a small amount of these deadstock stainless steel spatulas at an importer's warehouse and they are very limited! Holding one of these spatulas in your hand reminds you of how well-made things used to be... sigh! Light but sturdy, this spatula is masterful in its simplicity. We use it to toss our Kung Pao Chicken in our woks, lift fish filets off our All-Clad pans, and plate eggs on dishes.
