We're excited to welcome back Choryo Shuzo from Nara Prefecture who will join us at the bar to celebrate the New Year with a special tarusake event! These tarusake are aged in cedar barrels with wood from the famed Yoshino forest – see how they make the barrels here!
For the event, we'll have flights, special brews, and more! Enjoy this cozy sake aged in cedar barrels and get a scratch card to win special prizes. Everyone wins! If you can't make it to the event, no fear – you can always find these sakes by Choryo on our shelves.
