About Yuki Yamazaki
Yuki Yamazaki began his bartending career in London, refining his craft in the city’s vibrant cocktail scene before further developing his skills in Tokyo and later Toronto, Canada. This international experience shaped his distinctive style—combining Japanese precision with a global perspective on flavor.
He has headlined guest shifts, masterclasses, and trade shows around the world, earning recognition from bartenders and spirits enthusiasts for his deep knowledge of Japanese ingredients and his innovative approach to incorporating them into cocktails. In 2018, he launched The Japanese Bitters, a handcrafted range made exclusively with premium Japanese botanicals.
In 2022, he introduced The Japanese Liqueur, a collection inspired by authentic Japanese flavors and crafted to showcase the country’s rich culinary heritage. Today, as the sole owner of both brands, Yuki travels the globe to share the artistry of Japanese flavor—connecting cultures, inspiring creativity, and bringing the essence of Japan to the international cocktail scene.
