This spectacularly dry Niigata staple has notes of cooked rice, pepper, and a touch of vanilla. Round, supple, and crisp at the same time, this can be paired easily with fatty meats and fish like pork or salmon, and is an excellent candidate for drinking at any temperature, from ice cold to nice and warm. The iconic yeti on the label is sure to delight as well.
