Zaku Kaizan Ittekisui Junmai Daiginjo Sake (BTL 750ml)

The name "Kaizan Ittekisui" translates to "a single drop from Mt. Kaizan," and comes from the Buddhist teaching that even a single drop of water retains the power to sustain and nourish life. This junmai daiginjo from Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten opens with a beautiful nose of pear and white flowers, moving into lychee, mint, and green apple. A bright palate of candied pineapple and ripe red apple is carried by silky texture and elegant, balanced acidity. This is a daiginjo-lover's daiginjo! Enjoy chilled in a wine glass.
