Sake and Shochu Gumi

We are honored to be the exclusive retailer of Hawaiian Shochu bottles on the mainland, made with aloha on Oahu.

The Banzai Strength Black and White is a blend of 2 different sweet potato Shochus. One distilled using traditional white koji and another made using black koji, which is usually reserved for Awamori giving it pungent acidity. We get notes of cream cheese, yogurt, peaches, mangos, and frosting.

From the distiller: Please shake lightly before you serve, and finish as soon as possible (within the month). Keep Nami Hana at room temp but please avoid direct sunlight.
