We are thrilled to welcome Mr. So Okasora of Chiyomusubi Brewery in Tottori, Japan. Join us as we taste through the brewery's Tokubetsu Junmai sake (a Sake Gumi selection this month!) and imo (sweet potato) shochu Hama no Imota. Plus, we hope that Okasora-san will serve a Japan exclusive!
