As seen on Shochu'sday!

Made with roasted barley, this shochu is very aromatic, with an initially sweet, nutty, kurogoma (black sesame) flavor that rises and fades into a dry, grassy bite. Note the pronounced tail of buttercream and chocolate. Try on-the-rocks or mizuwari (with water) style.
