We are so excited to host Mayuko Kita of Kita Sake Brewery in Shiga Prefecture for a special sake tasting at our bar. Kita sakes have been included as Sake Gumi selections in the past, and we visited the brewery earlier this year to assist them in making koji. Please stop by to meet Kita and taste their sakes, which range from crisp to umami-ful.
