The first of its kind, Scarlet is a Japanese amaro inspired by classic Italian bitter Aperitivo. Made using Japanese botanicals organically harvested from the creator Tatsuya Motonaga's own farm, Scarlet is all hand made in small batches, and traditionally with natural dyes from cochineal carmine. Wonderfully bittersweet with accompanying notes of baking spice. Great on ice, with soda, or made into a cocktail!
