A feature from Honkaku Spirits' Baroque Interlude Series. Each Aria in the Interlude series is chosen for its beautiful representation of long aged Koji spirits. Aria #3 is a 4 year old sweet potato shochu an aged additional year in Chestnut cask. We get notes of bubble gum, allspice, clove, vanilla, and toasted wood.
