Featuring local Shiga-grown Tosen #2 rice, this exceptionally balanced junmai ginjo has lush and bright notes of grapefruit and lime up front followed by a long, luxurious finish of cooked cream and chestnut (think mont blanc). This sake is light, yet firm. Spectacular with simmered dishes, cheese, or anything else you can think of.
