Mother's Day Gift Banners

The recipe for this sake comes from wooden tablets dating back to Prince Nagaya's rule of Nara prefecture over 1300 years ago. A sweeter brew due to only 90% polish that can be enjoyed over ice. Notes of tropcial and stone fruit layered with umami flavors of miso and seaweed. Have a glass of what the nobility drank back in the day! Reminiscent of sweeter sakes like kijoshu with rustic bodaimoto-like body, this was a very unique sake that we had to get on our shelves.
