Yes, it's the festival you've been waiting for, completely dedicated to shochu! We've invited our favorite brewers, importers, and distributors to enjoy shochus made with different ingredients, in a myriad of styles.
But first, what is shochu? Shochu is a distilled beverage from Japan. Popular categories of shochu include sweet potato, barley, rice, and black sugar. There's so much to explore in the wide world of shochu!
We're lining up some special guests to give LIVE presentations on how to enjoy shochu, plus a short seminar on this spirit by our own Shochu Director Kayoko Akabori. Stay tuned for the lineup!
