Queens owner Eddo Lee wasn't kidding when he told us that "a little goes a long way" with this hand-pressed sesame oil made in California with seeds from Korea. The flavor is deep and nutty but the texture is light and the finish very clean. We love drizzling this onto grilled mackerel, steamed chicken, and stir-fried tofu. It's also a must-have when making gomadare, salad dressings, and marinades.
