Located in the Echigo plains, the brewery moves away from the signature Niigata tanrei-karakuchi (dry and clean) style, and instead brews for more complexity in aroma and finish. Established over 400 years ago Mine No Hakubai Brewery specializes in proprietary yeasts that exhibit herbal aromas and heighten acidity.
