Sake and Shochu Gumi

Named after the 135Β° East meridian that crosses Akashi City in the Hyogo prefecture. This gin blends east and west with classic London dry botanicals of juniper berries, angelica root, and coriander with Japanese botanicals of sencha, yuzu, shiso leaf, ume, and sansho peppers. All these botanicals come out soft and silky on the palate along with notes of sage and black pepper to round it out. Bust out the mixing glass for a banging martini with this gin!
