Sake and Shochu Gumi

Made from locally sourced ingredients in Miyazaki prefecture, including purple sweet potatoes called Murasaki Masari, rarely used in shochu production. This shochu is unfiltered for maximum enjoyment!

Get notes of tropical fruit, red vines, powdered sugar, pineapple cream (think Dole Whip), and mango taffy with an earthy sweet potato skin on the finish.
