After the end of the rainy season, mint is harvested from the fields neighboring Iseya Distillery and combined with anise hyssop, lavender, wormwood, and Japanese honeysuckle to create a liqueur whose bitterness is balanced by its refreshing botanicals. Prominent cooling mint bolstered by savory bitterness, this amaro is ideal for sipping on the rocks with a twist on a warm summer evening.
