A feature from Honkaku Spirits' Baroque Interlude Series, each Aria in the Interlude series is chosen for its beautiful representation of long-aged Koji spirits. Aria #3 is a sweet potato shochu aged four years, with an additional year in Chestnut cask. We get notes of bubble gum, allspice, clove, vanilla, and toasted wood.
