Aged for 3-8 years, Sennen no Nemuri is a genshu (tank strength) shochu with a creamy and supple texture (like marshmallows), and notes of vanilla, honey, jasmine, and caraway. Excellent oyuwari-style (with hot water) but the great thing about high-proof shochus is the ability to stretch them out with ice, water, or club soda.
