The first Kanosuke single cask release to hit western shores selected by Highroad Spirits! Aged for over 3 years in Ex-Bourbon casks then finished in IPA casks for another 16 months. The resulting dram has notes of hops, cinnamon, vanilla, cherries, peaches, and red grapefruit, granny smith apple on the nose. The palate has notes of red wine, wildflower honey, Ruby grapefruit, fruit punch, cooked apples and apricot with a vegetal-citrus hops note that goes long and proud on the finish.
