JOIN SAKE GUMI, OUR MONTHLY SAKE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

A super dry sake that'll satisfy lager lovers to Savignon Blanc fans. Asabiraki didn't want to make a sake that's just dry though, there's plenty of umami coming from the local Iwate rice, and it's got notes of stone fruit and hazelnuts that complement foods ranging from fries, shiokara, to burgers. Suijin means water deity, and is a nod to the pristine waters that the brewery uses for their sakes.
