Nami Hana Diamond Head Proof (BTL 375ml)

We are honored to be the exclusive retailer of Hawaiian Shochu bottles on the mainland, made with aloha on Oahu. 

This special, almost completely undiluted genshu is a first-time release. Its alcohol content has been adjusted to 38.1% from Nami Hana's Genshu. Just like last year's Black and White, we blended black and white koji for this batch. Similar to Banzai Strong, it is best enjoyed straight at room temperature after a meal, offering an initial powerful flavor followed by a discernible sweetness. The reason for the name "Diamond Head Proof" will become clear once you have the bottle in hand.
